The Romanian division of the KÉSZ Group’s Real Estate sector operates in two main areas: property development and property management.

KÉSZ Properties entered the Romanian real estate market with the development of the Hexagon Offices in Cluj-Napoca. This modern office complex, offering over 21,600 m² of leasable space, was completed in 2019 and set a new standard in the local business market with its premium spaces and the use of the latest technologies. The building’s quality is certified by BREEAM Excellent, WELL Health-Safety, and Access4You ratings, reflecting its commitment to sustainability, quality, and tenant satisfaction.

The success of Hexagon Offices marked an important milestone and reinforced the Group’s commitment to high-quality real estate developments in Romania.

In 2021, the company further expanded its real‑estate portfolio by acquiring a plot of land on the shore of Lake Grivița, in the northern part of Bucharest. This marked the start of a new residential development: the Corallis project.

The Corallis Apartments residential complex is being built in northern Bucharest, on the banks of Lake Grivița, on a plot of more than 15,000 m². The development is being carried out entirely as an in‑house investment by the Group, with the involvement of its member companies. The developer is KÉSZ Properties, while the general contractor is KÉSZ Romania, one of the region’s leading construction companies. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, with apartment handovers expected in early 2027.

As a responsible market participant, the developer places particular emphasis on sustainability, implementing numerous environmentally conscious solutions within the project. To ensure energy efficiency, the design includes photovoltaic panels, chargers for electric vehicles, and modern heating‑and‑cooling systems. In addition, high‑performance thermal and acoustic insulation, together with smart‑home solutions, will make the apartments truly comfortable. The developer aims to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, confirming compliance with very high sustainability criteria.

Corallis Apartments is not only a new residential project in northern Bucharest, but also a clear expression of KÉSZ Group’s vision and professional standards.
