We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Civil Engineer – Site Manager who is ready to travel between project locations and represent the company professionally on various construction sites.
We are seeking a committed and well‑organized professional who will oversee and coordinate construction processes, manage on‑site activities and work efficiently with both clients and subcontractors on large‑scale projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in coordinating building construction projects
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation and technical standards
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking
- Willingness to travel (depending on project locations)
- Result‑oriented approach and availability for full‑time work
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and continuously supervise construction works on site
- Oversee subcontractors’ activities
- Plan material needs and track purchase orders
- Propose technical solutions and prepare the related documentation
- Ensure compliance with the construction schedule and the client’s quality requirements
