ESTIMATOR
We are looking for an Estimator to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, specialized in building services.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Building Services / Mechanical Building Services Engineering;
- Previous experience preparing cost estimates for building services works is an advantage;
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and InterSOFT Deviz Profesional;
- Knowledge of legislation and industry practices related to cost estimates, tendering and project billing;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Preparing cost estimates, tenders and work statements for building services projects;
- Preparing documentation for variation orders, omitted works and additional works;
- Checking quantities and technical documentation related to building services works;
- Collaborating with the tendering, execution and finance departments.
