The financial stability and professional experience of the KÉSZ Group strengthen the success of the Corallis residential complex

The KÉSZ Group, present in Romania for over 24 years, is a major player in the construction and real estate development sectors. To date, the group has completed over 6 million square meters of built space, of which 1.4 million square meters are in Romania.

The Corallis Apartments  residential complex, located in Bucharest on the shore of Lake Grivița, is a joint project of KÉSZ Properties and KÉSZ Romania. The 221-apartment development is designed under a sustainability concept, certified BREEAM Excellent, and offers amenities such as green spaces, a fitness center with a swimming pool, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The project is fully financed from the KÉSZ Group’s own resources, supported by an annual turnover of over 500 million euros and a 15% annual growth rate. Currently, more than 30% of the apartments have already been sold, and the completion of the entire project is expected by the end of 2026.
