A shopping center in Târgu Mureș has been transformed – KÉSZ Romania participated as the general contractor in the development of Plaza M

Formerly known as Promenada, the shopping center in Târgu Mureș has undergone an extensive renovation and expansion, reopening as Plaza M with a renewed identity and enhanced functionality. The modernization of the approximately 55,000 m² building creates new opportunities for the city’s commercial and community life.

KÉSZ Romania acted as the general contractor for the project, contributing to the successful transformation through complex technical solutions and execution expertise. The investment was carried out on behalf of Indotek Group.
