The ‘White House’ in Miercurea Ciuc will be renovated
KÉSZ Romania, together with Termolang S.R.L., has won the project for the complete renovation of the County Palace in Miercurea Ciuc – known locally as the ‘White House’.
The investment, worth over 108 million lei, is being carried out with the support of the National Recovery and Resilience Fund (PNRR), with completion expected by summer 2026.
In the first phase of the works, the façade will be demolished and renovated, being restored with an appearance similar to the original travertine.
The project also includes a full energy modernization: windows, electrical networks, and utility installations (heating and plumbing) will be replaced, while modern heating and cooling solutions will ensure the efficient operation of the building.
Our goal is for this renovation to provide a modern, energy-efficient, and long-term durable County Palace, contributing to the renewal of the image of Miercurea Ciuc and the comfort of the community.
