Melinda Impex Steel Office

For over 20 years, Melinda‑Impex Steel has been an important player in the Romanian market for metal products. The company’s main activity is wholesale trade of steel and metal products, as well as providing steel processing services. 
In 2024, KÉSZ Romania, acting as the general contractor, completed the company’s new office building in Odorheiu Secuiesc. The project’s objective was to create a modern and functional work environment to support the operations of the company’s administrative center.
The building’s systems are based on heat pumps and wall-mounted fan coil units, ensuring an optimal indoor climate. The lighting, heating–cooling, and access control systems are managed through smart automation solutions, contributing to both energy efficiency and user comfort.

Thanks to the close collaboration between KÉSZ Romania and the client, the result is a modern, durable, and reliable office environment that meets high standards both technically and functionally.
