ONE Mircea Eliade Residence

For our long-standing client One United Properties, KÉSZ Romania carried out the structural works for
the One Mircea Eliade Residence project. 
The large-scale development, with a total area of around 62,000 m², comprises two high-rise buildings – an 18-storey and a 20-storey tower – whose complete monolithic reinforced-concrete structures were built by our team. The project’s distinctiveness lies not only in its size and technical complexity, but also in the long-term collaboration that has developed over the years between KÉSZ Romania and One United Properties.
