Rondocarton

For Rondocarton, KÉSZ Romania provided general design, general contracting and electrical building-services works for an industrial hall and utility building with a floor area of approximately 5,840 m². The facility is founded on monolithic reinforced-concrete pads and features a precast concrete primary
frame with secondary steel elements. The façades are clad with sandwich panels, while the roof is formed
from high-profile trapezoidal sheet. Inside the hall, a fire-rated sandwich-panel partition creates a
dedicated office area. The electrical scope included the power-distribution network, lighting systems and switchboards, ensuring safe and energy-efficient operation of the plant.
