Tradecenter

As part of the general contracting works carried out by KÉSZ Romania, one of Oradea’s most representative Class A office buildings, the Tradecenter Office Building, was constructed. The project was driven by the growth of the local economy and the increasing demand for premium office spaces.

The building has seven levels and a total area of 22,000 m², featuring a high technical standard: a modern ventilation system, covered and secured parking, interior spaces with raised floors and suspended ceilings, advanced cabling solutions, as well as a 24/7 reception and security service. During construction, special attention was given to the integration of the Building Management System (BMS), the implementation of uninterrupted power supply, and the creation of high-quality common and service areas, including a café and restaurant.

The project included the complete execution of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works, all carried out entirely by KÉSZ Romania.
