In 2025, KÉSZ Romania, as general contractor, completed the expansion and modernization of the WEDAS headquarters, a company specialized in the production of promotional products.

As part of the project, we constructed a new warehouse and office building, with a gross floor area of 1,240 sqm, in the Tetarom 2 Industrial Park in Cluj-Napoca. Additionally, the existing building’s façade was completely refurbished, the roof was re-insulated, and new functional spaces were created in the production area. The project also included the installation of intelligent, energy-efficient systems for lighting, climate control, and access management.

Throughout the execution, production and storage of products continued without interruption, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

The objective of the project was to create a modern, functional space for both offices and warehouse, supporting the company’s long-term growth and operational efficiency.
