Zauner Romania’s new production hall in Satu Mare was built as a modern, internationally competitive facility, with KÉSZ Romania acting as general contractor for the full scope of works. The investment aimed to create a state-of-the-art manufacturing center, with technical solutions tailored to the client’s production and logistics needs.

Our scope covered the structural works and façade systems, the roof structure, industrial floors and external utilities, as well as the complete installation of the building-services systems. Throughout execution we focused on technical accuracy, efficient construction and long-term, sustainable and reliable operation.
