Design of the Cultivo Slaughterhouse

In the design of the Cultivo industrial hall in Sfântu Gheorghe, with a built area of 4,120 m², the KÉSZ Romania design team carried out complex technical and structural tasks. According to the investor’s requirements, the building includes administrative and technical spaces, an annex for animal resting, as well as a slaughterhouse area. The foundation consists of piles and continuous footings, while the main structure is composed of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and intermediate reinforced concrete slabs. Secondary structures and the roof are designed with a steel framework.

The building envelope is made up of three-layer base panels, as well as external and internal sandwich panels, complemented on the roof level with trapezoidal sheet metal. The technical annexes include steel structures and sandwich panels for the roof and façades. The investment has not yet been carried out.
