Design of the Termocons Residential Building

This reference project of KÉSZ Romania’s design team involved the structural design of a residential
building with two basement levels, a ground floor and five upper floors, all in reinforced concrete.
The raft founded structure consists of reinforced-concrete walls and column–beam systems. 
The excavation support for the building pit was provided by a pile wall braced with steel tubes, the
design of which was also carried out by our engineers. The total gross floor area of the development
was 1,480 m², and the client was Termocons SRL.
