Plaza M

We were involved in the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of the Plaza M shopping centre in Târgu Mureș, a project in which the lettable area was expanded to around 55,000 m². The works covered a full renovation of the building, façade modernisation and a range of energy‑efficiency upgrades, including the installation of a 1 MW photovoltaic system. Throughout the construction works the shopping centre remained operational, ensuring uninterrupted service to visitors.

As a result of the project, Plaza M has attracted new tenants and further strengthened its position on the local retail market.
